12 Pax chose to attend The Estate over the much hyped 3-on-3 basketball games at BRP.

Slow mosey to around the second island of the RBP parking lot to the lower end of the lot.

The Thing
Head to the playground and partner up. Partner 1 = 5 Pull-ups, Partner 2 = 10 Mericans (Repeato x 10)
Mosey to the blocks and circle up in the lower lot. (Track was occupied and feared youthed soccer would have us evicted from the new turf fields.)
Once in a circle, YHC pulled out a deck of cards. Yes, we were now stationary through completion of the deck.
Exercises would be conducted per number on the card.
Face-cards represented x10 and Aces x15. Jokes = 10 burpees.
Diamonds = Diamond Mericans
Hearts = Full Curls (Block)
Clubs = Upright Rows (Block)
Spades = Skull Crushers (Block)
99 Single Count Reps were completed per suit.

Mumble Chatter is always strong with this group.
Camelback may or may not have the ability to count cards.
May have been some chatter towards YHC missing at turn at P200 causing an additional 2-miles of running.
Truly a Non-running workout but the complaints were strong nonetheless.
Snake Eyes put the exclamation point on the Pax upper body workout with the Shoulder Touch Mericans.
Workout ended 8-minutes early as a result of the Pax strong effort.
Snake Eyes took us out as only he can.
Always great to lead this group on Saturday's.
