Main Event
Left out of parking lot on Mountain Cove to first cul-de-sac on left. Launch point. 10 merkins, 10 abs of choice at launch. Run to top of Mountain Cove for 10 CDD’s, 10 abs of choice. Repeat X 5. Feedback was the hill got steeper and longer with every rep. Positive in my book.
Run to gazebo. 10 burpees, 15 dips, 10 derkins, 10 leg lifts. Repeat X 3. Run back to clubhouse.
Circle for: 15 merkins, 10 leg lifts, 15 merkins, 10 leg lifts, 15 merkins, 10 windmills IC (led by G-RIP of course). All she wrote.
2.5 miles running. Good session winding down the taper for the P200 race tomorrow.

- EC to Germanator and Toro for running to and from the workout. More new gear for Toro – Garmin Forerunner watch. He’s getting into it. Hasn’t missed a Thursday since he started.
- Lots of chatter about Palmetto tomorrow. Mainly focused on vans, heat and bourbon. Hoping Enterprise comes through with the vans. Going to be a hot one……good thing Tigre is bringing the bourbon. Will be a fun time for the guys going.
