Usain should be writing this but he is not. He is not because he decided to Q all 6 weekly AO's and so he is behinder. He did do a good job at leading the paddling, but then when we moved into the circle of trust he started floating around. We did have a good workout as the wind was to our backs on the way out and we were happy, but alas, we returned with it on our nose and it was not happy.
We ended with circle of trust and a time of floating on noodles and contemplating all things Philly and the Steelers and how there can be no one allowed in the group anymore who is a Steeler fan.
