1: Wall Ball Station : 1 Pax did 10 wallballs while the other planked
2: Burpee box jumps 10 reps
3: The rope switching off when one pax was burned out
4: Bear crawl forward , across backwards and across a 5 yard by 5 yard box .
5: 10 Skull crusher and 10 Weighted pushups
6: Sandbag lunge for 10 yards and run back.
Pax then race through 4 of the stations
