It must be said at the start…some seriously, seriously strong work by all PAX involved. This was simple, but it was not easy.

Warmarama

  • Grab a block and carry to the far end of the parking lot; about ~100 yds from the pull up bars
  • SSH 15X IC
  • Slow squat 5X
  • Enough of that, no time to waste

The Thang

  • I'll skip the part about having to audible due to AO logistical constraints
  • Circuit 1
    • 10 Merkins IC
    • 20 Block Thrusters OYO
    • Repeato until Q says so
  • Mosey over to Circuit 2
    • 5 Pull Ups
    • 10 WW2s
    • 5 Pulls Ups
    • The above in 1-ish minute rounds. Repeato until pull up form started to suffer.
  • Mosey back; repeato Circuit 1, Circuit 2

  • 150 Merkins

Moleskin

  • 90s grunge filled the air; mumblechatter was fairly light today.

  • Originally the whole workout was supposed to be OYO, but I'm extremely thankful for the audible that caused us to stick together. Witnessing ALL 7 dudes embrace some serious temporary pain is inspiring and is why I like these limit-pushing workouts.
