PARKING LOT OF PAIN

I was not sure how many would be out this morning after last nights late game.  As it turns out five of us were able to get ourselves up for some pain.

 The number of the day is 10 in honor of my baby girl Gracie's 10th birthday today so all cadence was to 10.

 Mosey to back corner and circle up for

 SSH, IST, LS, WM, TS, Merkins and Squats

 So for those who do not know how the PLOP works.

 Start at first line and do one rep of exercise.  Move to second line and add one rep and so on until the last line which is Q choice.  Today we go 10 lines per each exercise which when you add them up is 55 total reps of each.  After each set we ran to next island and back then started next exercise moving forward around Lot until we were back where we started. Exercise were these. Curl, Squat, OHP, CMC's, Skull crushers, BRO or Manzier if you prefer. Upright rows, curls again, burners then block swings.

 For Mary we did JLO, pigeon, Ponch led low-mid-high Dolly five each and Frontier took us out with some box cutters. Recover Recover

Prayers for Ponch who went to doctor for check up today. They want to put him back on the sidelines.  Great with by the crew and much thanks and love for coming out. Thanks to Carpetbagger for the keys and keep healing.  We miss you brother.
