Part Duex of my 3 Year Anniversary Tour

Part duex of my anniversary week brought me to the dragon slayer this morning.  I was a little anxious and woke up a little earlier than normal ready to go.  It wasn't until half way there that I realized I left my weinke at home and had to make up the workout on the fly.  Here's what we did.

Mary:

20 – SSH

10 – Cotton Pickers

10 – IST

10 – Windmills

10 – Toy Soldiers

The Thang:

Grab your KB and mosey over to the corner of the parking lot.  This is where I introduced them to The "U" because after each exercise we completed, we would run the path that is in the shape of a U.  Complete the first exercise, run to the opposite end of the U and complete another exercise.  Run back along the same path and start set two.

Set 1:

10 – KB swings, run, Burpees

15 – skull crushers, run, jump squats

20 – shoulder press, run, CDD's

25 – Curls, run, mericans

30 – LBC, run, low flutters

Repeat-o, this time in reverse starting with curls/low flutters.  Except we added a few more rows to the "path" and decreased the length by one parking row.

2 – rounds of the following:

10 – squat thrusters

20 – shoulder press

30 – curls ? 

recover mosey between rounds

20 – KB Swings

10 – KB snatch right arm

10 – KB snatch left arm

Mary:

10 – windshield wipers

10 – Pretzel Crunches

Recover, recover….

Thank you to everyone for the push today.  It was a cool, but uber muggy day and was really feeling it today.  The Pax was strong and I was struggling to keep up with everyone.  I don't know if I have any workouts to slow down Kosar, Bunyan, Gypsy, Qbert, well, everyone there today.  Strong work by everyone.  Humbled everyday to be a part of this group.  Thanks for pushing me.  Come out tomorrow, I take my talents to the Foudry.
