Main Event
El Nat requested Mountain Cove hill and G-RIP requested partner exercises. I get the Natty request as the Team Captain for our V2V team but still scratching my head on Grip’s request. Anway, we partnered up at bottom of hill in first cul de sac left from clubhouse. Partner 1 does exercises while partner 2 runs to top of hill and back. Exercises were: 200 merkins, 200 squats for round 1 / 200 CDD’s, 200 lunges for round 2.
Run up to top of cul de sac to right of clubhouse (Beast Hill) for some exercises along the way and at the top.

- The young man’s team was quick although there was chatter among Pax on form……you can put a “little baby” in front of any F3 exercise really.
- Grip back in the Thursday rotation. Always better when you’re around buddy.
- V2V training requirements met. Team getting fired up.
- Lots of other topics of discussion forgotten between workout and time of writing this backblast. All that said, great way to start the day.
