Pax get in the Flying V formation (which actually just ended up being a straight line). Each Pax took a turn to lap while the rest of the pax do AMRAP until that Pax returns into the fold. All did a collective burpee and the next Pax in line ran. Continue until the following series is complete:

What can’t Over Budget do? Dude kept us all on point this morning. He’s a beast!

Elmers still likes to yawn during workouts. Is he sleepwalking at posts? If so, one wouldn’t know because he is a powerhouse.

Roadie just had his 50th b-day this week so it is now official. He still posts like he’s a 20 something so who would even know?
