3 sets of 10 Incadence followed by 15 chair air presses Incadence; 

Run to benches after each set for 15 dips OYO.

Mosey to hill by soccer field

Bearcrawl halfway up hill 5 Merkins OYO at 12 o'clock bearcrawl to top for 5 Squats OYO

Repeato for 3, 6, 9 o'clock

Mosey back to wall prep for Indian run back
