P’Diddy lives on!!!

Spinarkle, Riptide and Fannie Mae also were part of the pax…8 strong in total.

As promised in the #pb, we had to channel our inner P'Diddy since this was originally his Q.  So while he suns himself on the beach, sipping fruity drinks and doing pull ups, we decided to back to where it all began for him…the Davidson track.  I say that because I assume he was somehow created under the stadium bleachers somewhere…made from hardened steel and pure drive to form what we know today as one of the toughest Q's around.

So…here we go.  We did our best, P'Diddy!!

 

Warmups:

  • 20 SSH
  • 15 Mountain Climbers
  • 10 Merkins
  • 15 IST
  • 20 Alternating Step Up

The Thang:

Mosey to the track

Snake the stadium, but there is a twist.  At every exit ramp (there are 7) you exit the stadium and hit the track for pain.  

  • 20 Merkins (alternate between regular and diamond)
  • 20 squats
  • 20 abs (alternate between WWII and LBC)

Next comes the stadium relay – 2 parts.

Part 1:

  • Pax assumes the People's Chair.
  • First in line takes off and does one up/down flight of stadium stairs
  • Next in line repeats, etc
  • Pax stays in People's Chair entire time

Part 2:

  • Same routine as part 1, but the pax alternates between balls-to-the-wall and Freddy Mercury while the stairs are being run.

Next, calf raises (10 IC regular, 10 IC toes out, 10 IC toes in)

Mosey to "quad" area on campus (not sure what it is called) and do the racoon crawl around the brick half-wall.

Last, mosey back to The Green and "dip your age".

Close with COT.
