PDOP, Stretch and a Rope


Eleven showed up for some Parking Deck of Pain.  We walked one level up to do our warmup and start exercise.  Our first KB exercise was curl, then shoulder press, then skull crushers and then Bent Over Row – BRO or Manzier.  Once at the top, we did some KB with a rope as all PAX were able to get a turn on rope and calling exercise.  After that was finished we spent the rest of the time stretching since my legs were still sore from 9-11 bleacher run.  Great job by all and thank you Hot Wax for the keys
