So the plan was a simple five mile route (regrettably re-visiting a prior Q of mine, partial HH route). BUT given the 50 burpee per day challenge… I'm not participating but let's do that in solidarity. Well, turns out Ultraman and Kumquat did their burpees before the workout. And the route I planned I forgot to run long way around Rosedale so it was 4.9 miles, so we had to stretch the route out a bit at the end. Q fail, 10 penalty burpees (thank you all for mocking the "must be a runner" burpees). Good company and conversation today, another great morning at Fartlek!
