Today was the epitome of gloom…dark and 39 degrees with sideways rain. YHC came really close to calling an audible for coffee but Frodo was already out getting early mileage.
WARMUP:

THE THANG:
We ran fast. 12×400's on the GetYaSomeGaga loop. Frodo lapped us all. DonHo and Auto were too fast for me.
MOLESKIN:
FNG Shannon drove over from Denver for promised speed work. His claim…it "wasn't raining as bad" over there. Lake effect rain I reckon.
Something about me will miss Gaga. It may be the dozen or so Strava segments I created during MBM training for speed work, or the fact that there were SO many options. Either way, stop by sometime to try and conquer the GetYaSomeGaga segment. It cost Lego a hamstring, so be careful.
