Perfect example of paper not translating to a great workout.

The workout was planned, a winkie was written, but the "plan" didn't play out as intended.  Perhaps the Q should attend more workouts, possibly even choose to Q a few more times a year.

Warm-up

Mosey to the top of the hill to pick-up the 6 (Rodeo) as he completed his extended Ruck OYO.  On the way back to the homebase, stop for the Pledge.

15 = SSH IC

10 = IST IC

10 = Toy Soldiers IC

10 = Carrot Pullers IC

Sholder Circles = IC

The Thang

Grab your blocks and head to the lower turf field.  Circle up.

(YHC wanted some sholder / back work so a series of block exercises were planned for the circle.)  The Pax would then lunge walk to each corner of the field, perform an exercise, then return to the center of the field. to repeat the block work, then bear-crawl to the sideline for another exercise.  Return to the circle and repeato until 8 sets were completed in the circle.  Turnpike's Strava showed the work completed a star pattern.

Block work

8 = Full Curls IC

8 = Skull Crushers IC

8 = Overhead Press IC

8 = Upright Row / Bent Over Row IC (Alternated)

8 = Lawnmower (IC)

Pax were to count down by 1 each trip to the circle.  (4 became too easy, so we went back to 6 reps IC to complete the rotations.)

Corner exercises (10 IC) = the Burpee, Wide Mercans, Mercans, Diamond Mercans.

Sideline exercises (10 IC) = LBC's, W, WWII, Ukraine Twist

Sanke and Crocs took us out = Sholder touch block mercans, pigeon respectively.

Recover / Recover

Moleskin

The plan wasn't the original plan as the trips to the corners / sidelines of the field was too long.  It will be better next time.

The Q struggled to count.  (Again a sign that I do not work out as I should.)

The mumble chatter was strong and on-point.

Hopefully the Pax were a little sore on Sunday morning.

Several strong triple-downs and double-downs.

Great work by all.  Priveledged to lead such a fine group of men.
