Other than that, I had a grandiose plan for a workout, and it proved to be more challenging that I anticipated and the pax made it known. However, the hard chargers got it done despite push-back during the entirety of the plan…
Cardio Portion (4 Corners) around the front lawn:
Round 1: Mountain Climbers x5ic, x10ic, x15ic, x20ic
Round 2: Peter Parker x5ic, x10ic, x15ic, x20ic
Round 3: IST x10ic, x15ic, x20ic, x25ic
Round 4: SSH x20ic, x30ic, x40ic, x50ic
Strength Portion (Cinders on the Stairs):
10 pax and about 18 cinder blocks gather at the bottom of the stairwell. Each pax performs 10 Mericans or 20 dips and takes a cinder block up one flight of stairs. Repeato until all the blocks are at the top of the stairwell (or until we run out of time)
Thanks to all the pax for their tolerating my “creative” ideas. It turned out to be a smoker of a workout (for me at least)
