Your partner today should have motivated you in one way or another either by pushing you harder or by being mindful of where they were struggling to stay in lock step. We should always be building one another up either through encouraging words or from our actions.

- Chatter was to a minimum with everyone sucking wind and keeping up with their counts
- Track closed so we ended up doing our 400M on the parking lot which added to the suck of the 400 M backwards.
- A couple minor tweaks and skipping the warm-up this could be a good recurring workout to work on completing in 45 minutes … Sound off in the comments with potential names
