3 of East Lincoln's finest and Skipper showed up this AM for a pre Halloween workout next to the graveyard.

Warmup:

  • SSH X 15IC
  • Dippy Bird Right X 10IC
  • Mtn Climber X 15IC
  • Dippy Bird Left X 10IC
  • Windmill X 5IC – got bored half way through

We grabbed our gear and headed the .5 mile to Webbs Chapel Church.

Thing:  Start on one side of the picnic table and work your way across with the following exercises

  • 10 Hand Release Mericans
  • 20 (10 Each Leg) Step Ups
  • 30 (15 Each Leg) Eccentric Calf Raises
  • 20 (10 Each Leg) Step downs
  • 10 Decline Mericans
