5 at Cobalt for a cool Thursday morning. Q was the only one to arrive by car. EC to all for showing up on foot.
Warm-up
SSH X 15 IC, Runners Lunge, Merkins X 15 OYO, Cherry Pickers X 10 IC
Main Event
Sprint out of clubhouse across OMD and circle for Windmills X 10 OYO (nobody could step into G-RIP’s shoes to lead us in his absence) and Merkins X 15 OYO.
Run to upper playground pushing the pace with 2 more stops along the way. Merkins and abs at each stop.
At playground, pick a partner (tough with 5 but we managed). As a team, complete 100 pull-ups, 200 dips and 200 merkins. One partner did exercises while the other ran the two cul de sacs near the playground. Once complete, 25 more pull-ups and 50 dips for all. Pinky mentioned in passing at a prior workout that we need to get back into doing pull-ups “like we used to” so this served as inspiration for the workout.
Run back to clubhouse with 3 stops along the way for merkins and abs. All she wrote once we were back to clubhouse.
