-Mosey to bottom of the hill and back up with block.
-15 IC Skull Crushers.
-Mosey to bottom of the hill and back up backwards.
-15 IC Bent Rows.
-Mosey to bottom of the hill and back up backwards.
-20 Block Sit Ups
-Mosey down to the bottom of the hill crawl bear back up (sort of).
-20 Alternating block merkins.
-Mosey to bottom of the hill lunge walk back up.
-20 Block Swings
-Mosey to bottom of the hill murder bunny back up.
-1 Minute block overhead hold.
-Mosey to bottom of the hill murder bunny back up.
-Return blocks.
