YHC had a glorious plan, remaining optimistic that the predicted rain wouldnt come, or at least wouldnt be heavy.  At 5:05 I realized I should modify for the PAX sake.  So a quick look back at workout notes revealed Tabata gold, or at least acceptable.  Upon arivalk Auto was parked hoping I wouldnt call a coffee autible.  By time it was 5:30 we had our crew and we rolled to the small dry spot available at General.

Warm Up: Side straddle, Arm Cirlces, Wind Mill, Toy soldier.  

Thang: 8 rounds of Tabata for 8 exercises 20 seconds on 10 off and a 1 minute rest between.  We did

Jump Squats

Burpees

Merkins

WWII

Mountain Climbers

LBC

Plank Jacks

Dips

We finished with a round of Floyd Mayweathers since Auto didnt get to experience them at the 4 Leaf on Wednesday.

Awesome having Big M back out and wish he didnt have to leave early and miss coffeteria with the rest of the crew,
