Bi's, Back, Shoulders. Three exercises X 3 times through each exercise.
1 – Isolated single arm curls (30-35 lb dumbells), Standing Single arm kettle bell presses (35 lb kettle), Dead Lift (45 lb plates on curl bar)
2 – Standing double arm curls (10 lb plates on Olympic bar), Standing double arm shoulder presses (35-40 lb dumbells), Bent Rows (45 lb plates on curl bar)
1 mile run back to clubhouse
