Naked ScrapSkin:
1. Kosar came in hot. Something about watching another episode of Ted Lasso or coming to workout. He chose pain. And we also discussed that this was not an almost #FartSack not being in the bed, but maybe a #CouchSack or some other name.
2. BagBoy led the PAX on almost all the exercises, especially the overhead presses. Aye. RESPECT.
3. Enron ran the standard for 2 miles. And he had a good lather of sweat when we starrted.
4. PopCorn mentioned in the pre-blast that I needed to jump hard within the first 5 minutes. We didn't hit Sharknado until minute 7, largely because Popcorn had to run back to get Kosar (LIFO) today.
5. Hat Trick caught me saying next episdose instead of next exercise. Kosar was going on about Ted Lasso and jacked me up.
6. Good to see Deep Dish and Holiday clown car today. Nice work men.
7. Only Tuffy had more smog coming from his head than Holiday. These two men were their own smoke machines. I'll post the video on Twitter.
