Reflection: 1 Timothy 5

Online Bible study talked about this chapter in Timothy this week re how we should see those in our community/churches as mothers/sisters/fathers/brothers.  I related to seeing elderly in the airport needing help or are lost or have the same questions we get all the time- its easy to be too busy or just move along- but when you see it as “that’s someone’s grandma” it can make a little space to have more patience and servitude.  Likewise drawing parallels in life as we have a spiritual brotherhood within F3.  Who are your spiritual family/mentors?

Moleskin:

Anvil as always is keen on form and muscle usage so directs some changes in exercise order to help the pax.  Made a troubling statement asking who would be here next Saturday for something he has been planning….. never good.

Cheetah has a wicked back jump and ran 8 minute miles still after giving blood this week!  Wow, what can slow that man down?

Speaking of blood…… Tonka tells a chilling tale of woe and desperation from a previous serious injury requiring 8 units of blood and rationally explains this could be causal for his exertion and fatigue at times as his blood levels ramp back up.  Makes sense.  Then he goes on to say this happened in 2002.  Pax fell over themselves.
