Thang:
Mosey to the clubhouse – a few were definitely worried about a back/back murph –
Arrived at the clubhouse to greet our long, thick, heavy hoses that have been in my trunk for a few years.
Split into groups of 3
Round 1
- #1 Carry hose to bottom of hill and back
- #2 Plank
- #3 Lizard Lung (basically a big groin stretch)
- Repeato 3 times
Round 2
- #1 Run to bottom of hill and back
- #2 Down Dog Stretch
- #3 Upward facing dog
Wind up our hoses and carry them back to the AO
