warm-up

Beatdown

Roll a dice, run to the area that corresponds with that number and do the exercise that corresponds with that number then back to the dice.

1 – Activity Buses-lunge walk 10 spaces

2-Tennis Court – Bear Crawl width of 4 tennis courts

3- Front of school- 15 dips IC and 15 step-ups each leg

4- Rock pile- 15 curls IC, 15 shoulder press IC, and 15 skull crushers IC

5- Launch pad – 15 shoulder taps IC and 15 mountain climbers IC

6- pull up bars- 5 pull ups, 10 merkins (not the graphic displayed on denverchatter) and 15 squats

each number was rolled at least twice
