Mosey to Circle

Side Shuttle Hop x25

Imperial Stormtrooper x15

Cotton Picker x10

Step Ups OYO x10 each leg

 

Main Routine

Mosey to bottom of parking deck

The following exercises stacked, run up the stairs and down the deck in between

  1. 25 Burpees

  2. 25 Squats

  3. 25 Merkins

  4. 25 Lunges

  5. 25 Carolina Drydocks

  6. 25 Burpees

 

Example: 25 Burpees, up the stairs down the deck, then 25 Burpees, 25 Squats then up the stairs down the deck… all the way through the 6th exercise.  Finish by running up the stairs then down the deck after the 6th exercise.

 

First to finish leads in mary until everyone finishes.

 

Notes:

Meant to wrap up a little early to leave time to lead the group in mary but it took a little longer than I thought, but looking at that list that makes sense.  It takes a while to do 175 burpees…
