Workout Pt 1

Partner Up – teams of 2

Partner 1 – Run to end of field, 20 Carolina Drydocks

Partner 2 – Dips

Switch, 20, 20, 15, 15, 10, 10, 5, 5

Mosey to Basement

 

Workout Pt 2

1 Block per team

Partner 1 – Zamperini to the next level, then 5 blockies

Partner 2 – 25 Mericans, 5 Burpees, sprint to next level

Switch.  Do that all the way to the top

 

Workout Pt 3

Partner 1 – Lunge walk down a level with block

Partner 2 – 30 Squats, 5 Burpees, sprint down a level

Switch.  Do that all the way to bottom

Blocks back, Mosey to Clock Circle Square

You can thank Caboose for showing me the Blockie, my new favorite excercise.  It's like a burpee only better because its with a block.

 

Also have Carpet Bagger to thank for supplying the blocks.  They've been used almost every time since we got them. Speaking of Carpet Bagger, I haven't seen him in awhile…

 

Clock Circle Square thing, can we officially name that area so everyone will know what I'm talking about

 

I was initially thinking of introducing a new excercise.  As a mod to the zamperini, I was going to call it the zomberini, where you hold the block out in front of you and walk.  I tried it for a few seconds and it was hard.  Maybe next time…

 

Can rice farmer also work as an alternative name for the cotton picker / carrot puller / soybean farmer?
