Poison Ivy where Teach?

It was a glorious morning for some stretching, And, that is what we did. YHC incorporated the planters into the workout to simulate various pistol squats. We also did some calf stretches, and shoulder work. From there we moved to the mats for forward fold, upward and downward dog, childs pose, thread the needle, arms up, and back, lift your head off the mat using your core (that was a challenge for some PAX). From there we moved to the worlds greatest stretch and then cat & cow. On to the Pigeon part of the workout for proud, warrior, high, and traditional pigeon. On to poor man's Thereagun, spinal twist, cobblers, and finished with the casket pose. Everyone left looser than they arrived. Strong work men.

Moleskine

Titan completed and standard and tried to turn several stretches into partner excersises with Blackbeard. Not that kind of group Titan.

Blackbeard was the recipient of Titan's advances, but seemed not to mind too much. Perhaps the PI has clouded his mind?

Frogger was impressed with YHC's ability to lift his head from the mat during childs pose. He struggled until he learned the trick. If you want to know, you have to show.

Diehard is another who defies age with his ability to master every stretch and not break a sweat, Strong.

Bel-Aire continues to impress every day. He is as consistent as the sun rising and setting. Well done sir. We all aspire to be   doing this when we are triple respects.

Frontier was a fan of the tunes today, and knew every song that was played. Impressive musical knowledge.

Topgun may be the most limber of the group. Impressive considering all those years crammed into fighter jets.

Get on the calendar to Q, Omaha will appreciate the help.

Until next time…
