Last week at Dragon Slayer YHC was chilling in his car 10 minutes till go time when suddenly, duty called….. and YHC answered…. Completely unprepared for such an occasion… So like any man’s 5am logic, he makes a mad dash for the woods. Saturday evening comes around and Ich is feeling itchy… looks like Ich chose the wrong leaves….since this tragic event, YHC’s car is full of all the necessary precautions. Fast forward to today, what a perfect opportunity to share such a beautiful story with fellow pax.

- Partner 1 runs around track while partner 2 does walking block skull crushers
- Partner 1 runs around track while partner 2 farmers carry
