The formula here was simple. 

Start in the far SW corner of RBP.  Run to the NE corner.  Do 50 reps. Run back. 

Repeato for 45 minutes.

The exercises included, but were not limited to: Hand Release Mericans, Jump Squats, Monkey Humpers, Burpees, Frog Jumps, CDDs, and Side Lunges
