Warmorama: Run, SSH x ?, TS x 10 IST x 15, Frickin' Pickers x 10

The Thang:  8 stations, 8 reps a each station.  8 different exercises per round:

  • Mericans
  • Jump Lunges
  • CCD
  • WWII
  • Jump Squats
  • Diamond Mericans
  • LBCs
  • Burpees 

Moleskine:

  • Original workout was the called "Ocho Loco": 8 exercise, 8 per station, 8 stations.  Appropriate for 8th of July.  Double Double mentioned Pollo Loco as a favorite dish at the start of the workout, so why not use it for the title?
  • Welcome back Double Double from the tour of the west coast!  DD was a first-hand witness of the economic and cultural boom with legalization.  What does this mean for the next generation and what happened to my short term memory?
  • Road trip food: Honey Buns and Pringles
  • The simplified instructions for a Diamond Merican is to go "in and out".
  • Athlete's foot is curable with a topical over-the-counter spray.  If it spreads like flesh-eating bacteria, it's Athlete's ass.  Avoid giving this individual a ride home.
