The Thang: 8 stations, 8 reps a each station. 8 different exercises per round:

- Original workout was the called "Ocho Loco": 8 exercise, 8 per station, 8 stations. Appropriate for 8th of July. Double Double mentioned Pollo Loco as a favorite dish at the start of the workout, so why not use it for the title?
