I’ve been slacking and decided to Q in order to force myself to get out of bed apparently it was supposed to be 2nd Thursday challenge but oh well, it’s my workout now.
We started off with some warmup exercises, windmills, inchworms, arm circles, etc. we high kneed and buttkickered our way to the tennis court.
4-Corners around the courts. Merkins, squats, ww2, burpees. We went around 4 times starting at 5 reps and ending at 20.
at that point I was running out of preplanned activities and the pax were grumbling about how good the pool would feel. I had my fob and pool was open for swimming so we did a water aerobics portion.
Strip down, jump in.
20 press outs facing the edge of the pool. Get out- 10 single leg split squats each leg. Repeato x3
10 pool tricep dips in the pool. 20 seconds of wet Freddy mercuries. (Kick on your back leaning on edge of pool) 20 calf raises out of the pool. Repeato x3.
we finished with a round of Mary called by each pax. Wet bodies on a pool deck doing Mary makes for some interesting sounds…
Recover recover.
This was more wet yet less sweaty than I envisioned. The pool portion I think turned out really fun. Thanks for following along gents!
