First, thank you all for joining me this morning, I didn't want to get up – but I'm glad I did (I think Jaws seconded that on the mosey home). Covered about 2.5 miles, and it was just right, streched out the legs a bit and got in a semi-boatcamp workout. It was kind of nice being off the asphalt and getting back to the fields, don't think we've run on those fields in a couple months. I'm also looking forward to some cooler weather soon.
