Nice to see some folks braving the cold weather this morning. As expected no one showed that went to the Christmas party last night. We ran. We stopped 4 times. First time was WU then 2 upper and ab stops. 3rd stop integrated some stretching to some upper body and ab work then went full yoga on everyone for the last stop till we go back to home base for some more stretching. Great to see Diehard for his 1st ever Java showing. Enron’s running has come a long way in a short time. The Ultimate looking ready for his 1st half marathon in just over a week. Tagless strong as always leading the way after chasing the XC team all week. Run in afterwards with AMPM new to F3 (3 weeks in) at Sbux and said he was looking for us but unfortunately went to Hollywood AO so missed us. Hate to see that but was great getting to meet him and chat with him for a minute. Thanks Thug for allowing me Q!
