On campus workout that started with a mosey. Stopped for a set of IST, SSH, Cotton Pickers & Little Baby Arm Cricles.
Mosey # 2 with a stop at the amphitheater. Dips, squats, incline and decline merkins – debated wheelbarrows up the stairs but Q decided half a flight wasn't worth the effort.
Mosey # 3 followed by LBC's, WWII's, box cutters, and pretzel crunch.
Mosey # 4 back to the amphitheater – repeato.
5th and final Mosey back around the parking lot and then Mary with PAX choice around the circle. included Freddie Mercury, pretzel crunches, WWII's as well as a few others including a new one for me – superman banana – it by far received the most and best creative mumblechatter.
