Post Tourney Beat Down – nothing like Caboose’s last week!

Warmarama – we did a little of that

 

The Thang:

10 pull ups

15 burpees

Run the “C” around the parking lot – NOTHING like Caboose's U last week

As soon as you get there start doing mountain climbers until all arrive

5 mountain climbers

Hold it

5 Slow Merkins IC

repeat x 4

Run back the long way

Repeat 3 rounds

LINE UP – 30 seconds of burpees and 30 seconds of plank walking side to side and repeat for 2 minutes

Grab a rock

5 pull ups

15 Squat to Press

20 Low flutter with KB Press

Run The C

5 Mountain climbers IC

5 Merkins Slow in IC

15 jump squats together

Repeat x 2 

Run Back long way

Repeat 3 rounds

3rd round only did short lap before doing the pullups/squats/low flutters

LINE UP – 30 seconds of burpees and 30 seconds of plank walking side to side and repeat for 2 minutes

run back to car
