7 men refused to "go pound sand" and instead got a jumpstart on their day by luggin some new sandbags around.  2 Brute Force sandbags have now made their way into the metal rotation.  Shout out to these gents for topping attendance for Muscle Beach.

7 stations x 4 rounds with 30 yard bear crawl and 1/8 mile run between rounds

  • Curls 25lbs x15

  • Kettlebell Bench 35lbs x10

  • Sandbag pushup and pulls 60lbs x10

  • Front and side raises 15 lbs x20

  • Sandbag overhead carry squat 60lbs x10

  • Kettlebell swing 45lbs x10

  • Tricep extensions 15lbs x10

  • Slow Roll – leg lifts

  • Krugerrand – crunchy frog

  • Tool Time – LBC? *sorry if that's wrong Tool Time

  • El Tigre – crab cakes

  • Ozzie – low flutter

  • Natty Lite – Freddie Mercury

  • Surf and Turf – some weird yoga plank, raise one leg bring it to chest, up, then L arm, up, then R arm, and then switch legs thing. *needs a name

Moleskine

  • Q and El Tigre each had some leftover Christmas cash burning a hole in their pocket so they each purchased Brute Force sandbags.  Inaugural appearance in today's workout.  Seemed well received by the Pax.  Def going to be sore in some new ways tomorrow.

  • Shout out to Ozzie for dropping 12 lbs and more to come.  Good work bro!

  • Talk of the Pax getting their faces in the local neighborhood publications to get some new recruits out.  Natty volunteered for the write up because he hates meeting new people and wants to make sure they know there will be try outs.
