YHC knew at least a few guys would be running the 7.4 so I signed up to Q some stretching in preparation. Oops – might only be YHC and Ultraman with that plan, but all pax got a good stretch on nonetheless. Frogger talked himself through much of his own needs (emotional and stretching). Goat quietly did his own thang at times. All enjoyed (or didn’t) some unplugged tunes.
Focus was selfishly on legs and back. That’s the beauty of grabbing the Q – you do what YOU want!!!
