Moleskin

  • Great job grinding it out today. Definitely earned some holiday treats. I appreciate everyone who showed up for my VQ, it was a blast.
  • Shout out to Jockstrap who was not shy about informing me that I could definitely call an audible during the HR pushups. They burnt so good.
  • I did call an audible late in the workout and let us all of the hook a bit as I misjudged my time a little. We definitely had time for another floor of fun. But my shoulders are thanking me today as we got out of about 50 CDD's and a few up hill sprints.
  • Thanks to Silver Bullet for the opportunity to lead, hopefully I will be allowed to take charge again in the future

Thought of the day was a bit predictable but no less relevant. I struggle at this time of year to keep priorities in line and to make sure I am emphasizing the true meaning of Christmas to my two young girls. No matter how many times we say it, is easy to lose sight and get wrapped up in all of the holiday hype. Don't miss the opportunity to celebrates God's blessing at all times, but none more important than the gift he sent us and the reason we celebrate now. Merry Christmas!
