Everyone enjoyed the cooler weather and burning off some extra calories before the Thanksgiving feast. It was a pleasure to welcome Country Livin' out to his first SVU workout, jumped right in and got to work. Mulligan is a bit dinged up but hustled as always. Mater tried some new stalling tactics but kept up the pace. Keeping up with Shirley and Crabby Patty is a nearly impossible. Dandelion is back on the path after some nagging injuries, knocking it out.
