Prefect Conditions for HIIT workout

Beautiful morning to work out. 4 showed up to to put some work in and sweat. 

Warm-up

SSH, windmills, Gma Maters, dippy birds,merkins, butt kickers, karaoke.

The Thang

Mosey to playground to get block. Mosey back to parking lot. 
All exercises were 45 sec work and 15 sec break. 
Squat taps, Walkouts, Mountain Climbers, Burpees, block overhead press, Cafe raise, Block Curls, Jump Sqauts. Take 1 min break and repeat 5  all the above 5 more times. 
substituted kickstand dead lifts for over head press every other round. Miss you Anvil… 

Finished by returning block to play ground doing block curls while walking .
