7/10 mile run from launch point at clubhouse to parking lot on Preservation Pointe

Run to bottom of hill on Preservation Point Drive for some hill work
1 – AYG Sprint to top of hill – circle for abs called by Pax – can't recall all that were called but 2 abs sets (15 or 20 reps). Jog back to bottom of hill
2 – Backwards run to top of hill – circle for abs called by Pax – 2 abs sets (15 or 20 reps). Jog back to bottom of hill.
3 – Run to top of hill stopping at each of 8 mailboxes to alternate between 5 burpees (Grip call) and 10 squats (Double call) – circle for abs called by Pax (15 or 20 reps). Job back to bottom of hill.
4 – AYG sprint to top of hill – circle for plank set called by Q
Run back to Overlook clubhouse parking lot. Circle at top of boat launch for 10 merkins IC, 20 LBC's.
Circle for 10 merkins IC, 10 LBC's OYO, 10 merkins IC, 20 LBC's OYO and close with 5 burpees

- Solid work today fellas. Credit for workout name to Surf and Turf. He labeled when I told him where we were heading.
- Strong attendance for a Monday. 8 might be our most so far.
- Good to see Grip out for a Monday workout. Said he wanted a follow-up from Saturday I think.
- El Tigre back from T&C. He was ready to roll as usual. Saw some of the pictures from his trip – looked like a good time had by all.
- Pinky back in the hood and pushing hard as usual. I could see a backwards running race between Natty and Pinky in the near term – boys are quick on the backwards
- Double posting some serious numbers
- Twister and Q posted off the books metal on Friday. Sounds like it may have put a damper on the weekend
- The Jane Fonda may need to be renamed the Mojito. Pax getting more comfortable with these exercises.
