10 RC city pack showed up for Presidents Day at the Monster Mile.
The Pax were wondering if Gepetto would show or not. A clown car ride was offered to the said Gepetto but he kindly refused but did show afterall. Not knowing who the Q was YT was sneaky and stared off at promptly LW's watch with 32 SSH. followed by 17 slow deep squats. Next was the pledge of aligence to the shovel flag to respect our great country. Back to the work up with 17 IST followed by 32 LBC's. I noticed Cheez Whiz ask Deep End what the signifigance was to 17 and 32. The quick witted Cheez was correct and the question of the day was asked. Why do we celebrate Presidents Day. Well it's a celebration of good ol George Washingtons Bday….so Feb 22, 1732 the white haired el presidente was born.
After more warmups where Gepetto complained about 8 count body builders being part of the warm-up we abrumtly stopped and mossyed to the basketball cort where 4 corners bagan.
Corner 1 was meant for the upper body. In cadence we did the following exercises if I remember correctly X 10
– Merkins – Hand Releae Merkins – shoulder tap merkins – 8 count body builders
Corner 2 was meant for legs X 15
– Squats – Squat jumps – lunge jumps – George Washing Squats – new just made it up…show to know
Corner 3 was meant for cardio X 20
– SSH – Imperial Storm Troppers – Little Man in the Woods –
Corner 4 was meant for core X 25
– Box Cutter – Low Flutter – LBC's – Freddie Mercury's changed to Cruncy Frog's – for Cupcake
Mosey to church wall #1 – Preachers Chair with air presses X 10
Mosey to church wall # 2 – Preaches Chair with heel touches X 10
Circle for Mary : Went around circle – there were things like – WWII – Jlow – Mason Twist – W – Crunchy Frog – Pickle Pusher – Pillow Talk L & R – LBC's and one other…
