Prime Strikes Again


We came, we warmed up briefly with the Q messing up the prime theme starting with 20 side straddle hops.  From there we got to it.  Eeyore came a bit beyond schedule missing the first 17 burpees.  We rounds of burpees, squats, merkins, V-Ups and pullups spread across the parking lot.  Each round was about 1/3 of a mile running.  We did 17,13,11,7,5,3,2 and did our 1 round on the way back from the twos.  So all in all 59 burpees, squats, merkins, V-Ups and about 2.5 miles of running.  Apparently this isnt any one's favorite work out in box but it kept up warm and got the job done.  Really great seeing Grape Ape out and we need to get Bubble Wrap registered on the website!  Nice work gents.  Kosar has the Q nexst week.
