We did the standard warm – up

8 exercises with kettlebells with the following progression:

18 IC

15 IC

13 IC (oops, did this twice for curls)

10 IC

8 IC

5 IC

(2 stayed behind to guard the kettlebells and strengthen Mary)

After each exercise did a lap around the parking lot.

Moleskin:

  • 3 for the standard – then one mysteriously bolted.

  • Landline cared not about Omega’s workout and stole at least half the pax for an off the books run from “The Cowboy” parking lot.

  • It was unfortunate how much Titan nipple size and soreness discussion took place.Little Finger and Dr. Seuss showed exceptional concentration and ignored it all.

  • Almost everyone encouraged the Q to continue ALL reps and completed them silently and without struggle.
