Psychological Warfare at The General

Also present, Na Na Na.

This will be a slightly incomplete BB, because I don't remember exactly what we did.  My goal was to keep the PAX guessing, so I varied counts, changed up exercises, and generally was a pain in the ass.  I called for rocks in the preblast, but i think we ran by the rock pile 3 times before we actually stopped and grabbed rocks.  Here is approximately how it went:

Pledge.

Lap around the parking lot, SSH, IST, Dwight Shrutes (the beet puller), Mountain Climbers, Mericans, Toy Soldier, Windmill, 5 slow 8 count body builders.

Mosey toward the street and rock pile.  Lunges, high knees, butt kickers (as we passed the rock pile), mosey to corner.  Plank, left arm up, right arm up, mosey back toward rock pile, karaoke both sides.  Mosey past rock pile, quadra-feel-ya back toward the park entrance.  Slow squats.  Mosey back to rock pile (can't remember if we passed it again).

Eventually, we selected rocks for dead lifts, burners, low/high/full curl, chest press, skull crushers, rock LBC.  Mosey to corner (and a little past corner) and we did an exercise.  Mosey back to rocks.

Repeato rock exercises, and somewhere in there we added two burpees.  Rocks back.

Mosey back toward park entrance, backwards lunges, slow mosey, mosey.  Past entrance, 10 squat jumps OYO.  Down hill for Apollo Ono's in cadence.  Back to home for calf raises, Ali's, and curb incline mericans.

Mary:  double leg raise, low W, pretzel crunch, WW2.

Recover, recover.

Moleskine:

– Announcement:  OST 8k still on schedule for 9/26

– Thanks to Mayhem for taking us out — prayers up for Cousin Eddie's M, who is undergoing medical testing at Duke

– Moses led the mumblechatter.  Probably payback for his Q at Fission yesterday, where I was not totally quiet

– Hopefully Na Na Na gets signed up soon – he has been posting a lot now that he has found us.  His 40th birthday is Monday, and he plans to post at MMM.  I'll bring spare KBs.

– Post workout coffee for Moses, Mayhem, Deep Dish, Little Professor, and me.  There are chairs outside of Starbucks Sam Furr now, which is a step up from hanging out on the curb by the AT&T store.
