Pull-up bars are flatley

Warmup: 

Did some burpees, mericans, squats, alt lunges, alt side lunges, imperial walker, toy soldier and some other stretches. 

The Thang: 

Head to LKN Christian

circle up at pull-up bars (the flat ones) for 10 alt lunges i/c, 10 squats i/c, 10 jump squats and 10 mericans. Go to pull-up bars for 10 reps and do a lap around the school 

repeato, repeato

Head to LKN soccer field (very flat) for some four corners

1st corner – 10 WWII sit ups, lunge walk across the field. 2nd corner – 10 burpees, run to next corner. 3rd corner – 20 LBC's, bear crawl across field. 4th corner – 10 hand release push-ups. All follow the leader style. Repeato repeato. Slow mosey back to the school and mosey single file back to the green for 15 lying leg raises and 10 horizontal squats i/c. Recover recover

Moleskin: 

Early was on time so there were no penalty burpess which now seems to be a thing at Sweat Shop. As promised the workout was all flat. Although there was an objection that going up and down on the pull-up bars wasn't flat. I'm no lawyer but I don't think that argument would hold up in court. Annoucement made that Q school will be at the end of August/Early September. Not that anyone from Sweat Shop really needs it. Shout out to Hawkeye for his CSAUP Spartan event. Something like 800 miles with 1500 pain stations…idk. Prayers for Bullseye's freind with the battle he is facing and to friend of Wolfgang's family with their struggle. 20 strong….Is the any doubt which workout should be considered the Premier night time workout?? I don't think so.
