The warning by Q on the Pre-Blast that there would be a lot of running this morning made many reconsider attending this morning. Next time, will need to make it a surprise. Three men came out to run around the neighborhood in search of a safe place. Every stop had exercises waiting…
No warm up. Q had warned everyone to be ready to go at 5:30.
Ran 4.25 miles with pain stations at about every mile.
- Mile 1: Q had cinder blocks waiting. Curls (15x OYO) and Skull Crishers (15x OYO)
- Mile 2: Merkins (15x OYO) and LBC (15x OYO)
- Mile 3: Pull Ups (15x OYO) and Dips (15x OYO)
- Mile 4: Burpees (15x OYO), Squats (15x OYO) and Plank Jacks (15x OYO)

Moleskin:
- Same as every workout the past couple of weeks, the main topics were coronavirus and the stock market. Did you know that one of the key ingredients in the coronavirus test kits comes from Italy? When we started the workout, Dow Futures were down ~1,200 points.
- Good job Surf as you recover from back issues.
- Slow Roll pushed the pace all the way to the end. Strava had us at 7:39 pace (assume it took out the stopage times for exercises)
- Prayers for Surf's mother in law, Nanna Grip and coworker who just had surgery. All are battling cancer. We hope for a quick recovery and strength to them and their families.
