Pushing blocks and sculpting the guns at The Mighty Oak.


Two ran the Macauly Standard and 5 ran the sub standard.  Shoutout to those brave men.

Mosey around the school for a warm-o-rama.

Cut the four play and grabbed a block for a fun one.  

Pushed the block from the first basketball goal to the second.

All exercises IC.

10 squat to press.

Did this down to the last basketball goal.  So 3  x times.

Low flutter X 20 Then push block back to first goal repating exercise. Repeat 3 times. 

Another 20 low flutter then mosey to the flower beds for a incline/decline/dip/step up cycle.  

Mosey around the school back to the blocks for a suicide ladder. 

10 curls run to the 1st goal.

10 curls/10 merkins run to 2nd goal.  

10 curls/10 merkins/20 low flutter 3rd goal

10 curls/10 merkins/20 low flutters/10 squat to press run to end of bus lot and back.

Mosey around to flower bed for a quick

Thanks to everytone coming out.  Shout out to Bunyan and Bam Bam for pushing the shit out of me.  It was tough bringing it today after Bam Bam laid the lumber yesterday at ST. Marks.  Big thanks to Cabbose always poking me during my q's.  The guns were sculpted today.  Thanks to everyone that came.  Roadie get well soon.  Thanks for letting me drive the car at The Mighty Oak this week.  Til we meet again.
